Unions NSW Submission to the Inquiry into Workplace Bullying

On 31 May 2012 the Minister for Employment and Workplace Relations, Bill Shorten MP, asked the Committee to inquire into and report on workplace bullying.
Unions NSW welcomes the Inquiry and the opportunity to comment particularly given recent changes made to both the New South Wales and Federal Work Health Safety Laws.
