Criminal Record Discrimination

Two recent reports of the Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission (HREOC) have found discrimination against employees or potential employees based on their criminal records
HREOC found in both cases under review that the complainants' criminal records would not prevent them from performing the requirements of their respective positions.
