Rested Workers Are More Productive

Ensuring employees have access to their leave entitlements is more than a legal requirement.

Workers who are rested and relaxed after a holiday are usually more productive, relater better to their colleagues and work harder for their employer.

The article is based around an interview with Richard Denniss from The Australia Institute, following the release of his report on employee leave entitlements that are not taken.
