Pregnancy In the Workplace

It is unlawful to discriminate against a woman on the grounds that she is pregnant or may become pregnant.

This article sums up rights and responsibilities under various pieces ofstate and Commonwealth legislation. It looks at pregnancy during employment, termination of pregnant workers, rights top maternity leave and return to work and issues around management restructuring and the rights of workers on leave.
