We cover industries in the community, public and private sectors.
Job Description:
The ASU is looking to employ an experienced Union Organiser to work from its Redfern office. Duties include representing members in negotiations and before tribunals, and building and maintaining organised workplaces.
Essential Experience: & Qualifications:
Applicants should have a commitment to the principles of collectivism and the trade union movement, good verbal and written communication skills, good organising and negotiation skills and an understanding of contemporary industrial relations.
A current driver's licence is required.
Salary:
Salary is based on experience and competency within the range $65,268 - $80,410 pa.
This is a full time position. Generous working conditions apply.
