General Overview:
The Association is seeking applications for a permanent and fixed term contract Bargaining Campaign Officer to fill positions within the Strategic Industrial Bargaining Team (SIBT).
Job Description:
The positions are responsible for:
Using the organising framework strategically to achieve collective outcomes and agreements
Increasing membership density in allocated areas
Identifying, maintaining and building workplace Branch/activist structures in allocated areas
