Dear Colleague,
A Peace Picnic is to be held in Overflow Park at Sydney Olympic Park, Homebush on Sunday, 28 October from midday. There will be live music and entertainment, food stalls, speakers and activities for all the family. Speakers will talk about the next step for diversity, peace, refugee rights and reconciliation. The picnic has been organised by a coalition of community organisations. As a gesture of peace people should bring or wear something white. BYO chair, hat, picnic and friends. Affiliates are asked to publicise this event and encourage their members to participate.
