RE: Office Space for Lease

Dear Colleague,

Two Quality Office Spaces to lease in the Labor Council Building 377-383 Sussex Street, Sydney

There first available is on Level 1. There is 100m of newly decorated floor space that is divided into reception, five offices and a boardroom.

The second available is on Level 8. It has 110m, which was recently partitioned into reception, a boardroom, two offices and a large work area.

Both floors have air conditioning and the building has 24-hour security.
