RE: Refugee Bus Trip Funding

Dear Colleague,

Following a request from the CFMEU (Construction & General Division) a meeting has been called for Monday 17 December 2001 at 2.00 pm in the Labor Prime Minister's Room, Level 9 377-383 Sussex Street, Sydney.

The meeting is to discuss any financial assistance that Council can give to a Sydney based refugee advocacy group who are planning a bus trip around Australia to highlight conditions for refugees and asylum seekers in detention centres around Australia.
